When ordering Pumps please be certain the pump will work in your situation as returns will not be accepted unless authorized specially by a rife representative. Return of Merchandise: • All pumps, except Rams (see below), are subject to a warranty period of 60 days from the invoice date. Pasture Pumps have a warranty of 90 from the invoice date. Any other product will have a warranty period of 30 days from the invoice date. • During that time any defective parts will be replaced or accepted for returns. • Rife strongly encourages its customers to make sure their application fits the needs of their desired pump as returns will not be accepted once used if the pump will not work in your application. • Defective merchandise can be returned, pre-paid, with prior written or telephone approval from a Rife representative. • A restocking charge of 20% will be assessed on all merchandise returned unless specifically authorized by a Rife representative. • Rife guarantees all equipment to be of good workmanship, constructed of quality materials, and to perform the work for which designed. • Any damage to the product which results because of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or alterations or by any use contrary to our instructions, will render our warranty void and of no effect. Rams Our Rams have been successfully in operation for many years with no problems in correct applications. • Returns on Rams are not accepted once in operation, unless specially authorized by a Rife representative. • Any new pump not working properly should be brought to Rife’s attention within 30 days of installation date so that any defective parts or problems in the installation can be fixed. • Please be sure to know the following before buying and installing the ram as well as contacting Rife with any problems: • Fall • Elevation • Distance to Ram • Distance From Ram • Flow • Pipe Sizes • Any transitions, standpipes, or valves Rife requires all customers with Rams not operating correctly to send a diagram of their application BEFORE any advice is given on fixing a pump application.
